1st Logo (November 12, 1986?-November 3, 1989)
Logo: Over a stone background, we see huge red-colored (or gold, depending on film deterioration) circular figure - an "N" and "C" connected together - slowly zooming in and panning into full view. When it completes, the name "NEW CENTURY ENTERTAINMENT" fades in below.
FX/SFX: The banner zooming and shining in process. Simple, but very good-looking action for the time.
Music/Sounds: An ascending synth tune with a clear single crystal-mallet beat near to the end.
Availability: Seen on Russkies, Split Decisions, Nowhere to Hide and quite possibly Cage, among others.
2nd Logo (March 29-May 15, 1987)
Logo: On a black background is the yellow NC with the text "NEW CENTURY ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION" below.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Only seen at the end of A Stranger Waits and The Gate; the latter film itself opens with no logos.
