In 2012, the company was purchased by Cinedigm Entertainment, and the next year the company bought and shut down Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment.
Logo (Late 1990s- )
Visuals: We fade to see "NEWVIDEO" (which is stretched and in white) on a blue background. After a few seconds, the company's URL (www.newvideo.com) fades in. The whole logo fades out.
Variant: Releases from other Newvideo divisions or co-distributors will often have this logo fade into that company's respective logo.
Technique: Fading effects.
Audio: None.
Availability: Can be found on releases such as titles from the Scholastic Video Collection, Digimon DVDs, and many more.
