Bumper (1993)
Visuals: There's no animation or logo at all in this bumper. Just a plain black background with a V/O.
Technique: A still, computerized graphic.
Audio: Voice actor Billy West, doing his Stimpy voice from The Ren & Stimpy Show, says "Hey! Wait! Don't rewind the tape! There's more stuff to watch...for you!"
Availability: Seen on all Nickelodeon tapes released in 1993, after the "Weird Splat" logo and before the previews.
