These are the logo variations seen throughout the years by Nintendo, with more to be added overtime.

Kirby's Dream Course (1994):

  • The logo is colored in light blue.

Super Punch Out!! (1994):

  • The logo features silver texture.

Super Metroid (1994):

  • Similar to the Super Punch Out!! variant, but the logo is bigger.

Donkey Kong Country (1994) and Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest (1995):

Killer Instinct (1995):

  • The Nintendo logo, which looks similar to that of Donkey Kong Country's, zooms out of the screen. When it settles in the center, the logo glows in a red color before turning back to the normal silver color. The logo then flies into the top right of the screen.

Earthworm Jim 2 (1995):

  • The text "licensed by" is seen above the Nintendo logo. The usual Earthworm Jim sequence on the series' logo variant plays.

BS Super Mario USA: Power Challenge (1996, Japan):

  • The logo is below a golden statue of Mario. Below it is the logo for St.GIGA.

Mario Kart 64 (1996): There is the Nintendo logo in gold, spinning slowly on a black background. After a few seconds, the logo spins gradually faster, and then the screen fades to white, segueing into the title screen. The logo has a trail/ghost effect when it gets faster.

Goldeneye 007 (1997):

  • On a black background, the Nintendo logo, colored in silver, zooms in front of the screen. The logo spins around until the Rareware logo fades in.

Yoshi's Story (1997):

  • The logo slides up, and is crudely drawn. Below the logo is the word "PRESENTS". A group of voices representing that of Yoshi's shouts the company name. The entire logo wiggles.

Star Fox 64 (1997):

  • The logo is white. "1997" (the game's release year) is seen above it, and "PRESENTS" is seen below.

Super Smash Bros. (1999):

  • The logo is white and is below the HAL logo.

Donkey Kong 64 (1999):

  • A sound bite of Donkey Kong saying "Okay!" is heard.

Luigi's Mansion (2001):

  • The company name is read in a dark, low-pitched voice.

Super Smash Bros. Melee (2001):

  • Same as the Super Smash Bros. variant, but "HAL" has been extended to "HAL LABORATORY, INC."

Diddy Kong Pilot (2003):

  • Diddy Kong flies around the logo, and then onto the screen, segueing into the Rareware logo.

Mario Golf Toadstool Tour (2003) and Mario Power Tennis (2004):

  • After the Dolby Pro Logic II logo shows up, Wario pops out of a hold carrying a wooden sign with the Nintendo logo, saying the company's name, before Waluigi pops out with the Camelot Software Planning logo on a sign. On the Wii port of the latter, the sign was reanimated to use Nintendo's white logo instead of red or blue.

Donkey Kong Country 2 (GBA port, 2004):

  • The logo is printed on a flag.

Pikmin 2 (2004):

  • Several Pikmin pop out standing on top of the logo, which is randomized every time the logo shows up.

WarioWare Twisted! (2005):

  • The logo spins around, and the background is yellow.
