Warning: On a black background, We see a yellow warning sign with the text "WARNING-HEALTH AND SAFETY". Below them is "BEFORE PLAYING, READ YOUR OPERATIONS MANUAL FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY." Below that is the text "Also online at." with the grayish-blue url "www.nintendo.com/healthsafety". Below that is "Press A to Continue", which fades in and out. The "A" is inside a circle, kinda like the A button.

Variants:

  • In Japan, the text is translated into Japanese and "www.nintendo.com/healthsafety" is replaced with "www.nintendo.co.jp/anzen/".
  • In some regions, the url is white.

FX/SFX: Just the fade in and fade out of the A button notice, unless if you count the fade in and fade out as a whole.

Music/Sounds: Silent, unless if you press the A button, a laser-lie sound is heard.

Availability: Common. Seen when you boot a Wii.

Legacy: It's kinda boring when you see this warning screen.
