Warning: On a black background, We see a yellow warning sign with the text "WARNING-HEALTH AND SAFETY". Below that is the text "Also online at". with the grayish-blue url "www.nintendo.com/healthsafety/". Below that is "Press A to Continue.", which fades in and out. The "A" is inside a circle, kind of like the A button.

In Japan, the text is translated into Japanese and "www.nintendo.com/healthsafety/" is replaced with "www.nintendo.co.jp/anzen/".
In some regions, the URL is white.

Technique: Fading effects.

Audio: When pressing the A button to advance the Wii Menu, a laser-like sound is heard.

Availability: Seen when turning on a Wii.
