Between "LTD." and "Presentation", there is an eye, which blinks twice. This fades to a copyright notice afterwards.
Variant: On Later with Bob Costas, a different font was used. Also, instead of fading into a copyright screen, it fades into the NBC Productions logo.
Technique: The blinking of the eye. Animation by Cucumber Studios in London, which also animated the graphics used by Friday Night Videos from its inception to its rebranding in the early 90s. [possible misuse]
Audio: Plays over the end theme.
Availability: Seen on pre-1989 episodes of Friday Night Videos and Later with Bob Costas.
