Logo (1994-1999)
Visuals: On a black background, we see the text "NONFICTION" flying into the screen via trail. Then the text "FILMS" also flies into the screen via trail. A red line wipes in, placed between the text "NONFICTION" and "FILMS". The logo fades out.
Variant: Starting in 1996, after being owned by Winstar Communications, the logo is cut short to when "FILMS" flies into the screen. Later the text "A" fade in above the text "NONFICTION" while the text "Presentation" fades in below the text "FILMS" before the red line wipes in. The text "A Winstar Communications Company" (or "A Winstar Company" during early 1996) fades in below "Presentation" afterward.
Technique: Decent animation.
Audio: Two whoosh sounds.
Availability: The bylineless version was seen at the end of Biography on A&E. The Winstar Communications byline version was seen at the end of The Guillotine.
