Background: A Canadian-based company started by filmmaker Lloyd A. Simandl in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. When Lloyd was filming Chained Heat II, he relocated the company from Canada to his native Czech Republic in order to save money, and he has been making movies there ever since, although films from the company are occasionally shot in B.C..
