Background: A Canadian-based company started by filmmaker Lloyd A. Simandl in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. When Lloyd was filming Chained Heat II, he relocated the company from Canada to his native Czech Republic in order to save money, and he has been making movies there ever since, although films from the company are occasionally shot in B.C..

1st Logo (1987-1990?)

2nd Logo (1990s-1997)

Nicknames: "The Torch Man", "The Collision of Paramount and Columbia"

Logo: A pack of stars fly into the screen, moving to the center, where the man figure (now a silhouette standing on a big bell on one foot) appears. The statue rotates, and the stars place themselves around. The company name doesn't appear.

FX/SFX: The stars appearing and moving, the statue rotating.

Music/Sounds: The opening of the film's theme or a "whoosh" on some films. Sometimes, it will also be silent.

Availability: Can be found on Chained Heat II (1993), Time Runner (1993), Xtro 2: The Second Encounter (1990), Crackerjack (1994) and Crackerjack 2 (1997).

Nicknames: "The New and Improved Torch Man", "The OTHER OTHER Torch Lady Ripoff", " The Collision of Paramount and Columbia II"
