===Background===
'''NovaLogic Inc.''' was a software developer and publisher established in August 1985 and based in Calabasas, California. Founded by John A. Garcia of Datasoft, the company was best known for their Voxel Space engine, which was utilized in their franchises such as the ''Comanche'' and ''Delta Force'' series.

In October 2016, Austrian game developer and publisher [[THQ Nordic]] acquired all of NovaLogic's assets, while buying out [[Electronic Arts]]' minority stake. The company was laid dormant afterwards, although THQ Nordic revived the ''Comanche'' name for a new game in the franchise, with an early access release in 2020.
