Background
This is the vanity plate of Pendelton Ward and Duncan Trussell.

Logo: On a black background, we see a white circle with oatmeal-like pieces. Meanwhile, a black bird forms inside of the circle with a bucket of oatmeal. The red circles on his chest form the text OAtMeAL MAiDen" with a texture.
FX/SFX: The animation.
Music/Sounds: Just an electric beat-like sound.
