Visuals: On a cloudy background, we see a map outline of Mali with the its flag waving inside it. The map fades out and the flag zooms back before it splits, forming a green and red rectangle and a yellow map of Mali. They zoom in and connect to form the colors of the Malian flag whilst the text "ORTM" zooms from the right and places itself in front of the aforementioned shape. The logo turns to face the screen and black text reading "La passion du service public" zooms out below.
