Background
Omrop Fryslân is a broadcaster on the Netherlands Public Broadcasting which serves the Frisian community. Because West Frisian is an official language of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the NPO is also responsible for broadcasts in the West Frisian language. It is also the regional public broadcaster for the province Friesland, and they have their own radio station and TV channel broadcasting primarily for the province itself.
1st ID (1988-1990?)
Visuals: A raspy green surface is shown within a white overlay which cuts out to the Friesland map in sync. The overlay then zooms in, as the screen pans down as from the distance appears to be some sort of a telecommunications tower. While this happens, four bubbly red "U" shapes and two rectangles - one white, one azure - begin to slide in the surface. It is all set against a changing cloudy screen background. The screen zooms towards the tower as we reach to the tip. It then starts emitting RGB rings, as it then leads to the words "OMROP FRYSLÂN EDUKATYF" to appear in sync. Two bars - one blue, one green - wipe in from both directions as the rest of the screen, minus the words and the bars, blacken out.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A synth/triumphant score.
Availability: Can be seen before the program Monumynten in Fryslan.
2nd ID (1990-1994)
Visuals: A moving cloudy footage is shown. A watery sand surface fades in, making the cloudy footage faint, before completely fading. The water from the sand surface begins to clear out, as the sand surface reveals to be a field of bubbly "U" shapes and thick bars. The screen zooms into one, and "omrop fryslân" quickly fades in.
Technique: Live-action and chyron effects.
Audio: A soft synth score with percussions.
3rd ID (1994-1998?)
Visuals: It starts with various flying footage of Friesland, with a curvy red shape within a grey shape covering half of the footage. The red shape starts to detach from the grey shape which flings out, with the other turning into a curvy bird shape which flies around the footage. After most of the flying scenery, the rest of the footage then fades, leading to an azure-navy radial gradient background. The bird shape then stands still to the upper-left, as "omrop fryslân" fades next to it.
Technique: Live-action and CGI.
Audio: A synth theme with whooshes.
4th ID (1998?-Early 2000s)
Visuals: Against footage of a waving teal flag, a stylized gold circle - with a tall navy ring attached with 12 rows of suns with "omrop fryslân" engraved around the gold circle with a stone-looking circle around the middle - is seen rotating. A faint overlay footage of nature fades around the waving flag footage. From the bottom, part of the footage of a grass field fades from the bottom, and a wooden circle - attached with 12 rows of wooden horses on the edges with white colored flapping seagulls engraved from the bottom part of the circle - fades and rotates from the opposite direction. The flag footage then changes to footage of galloping horses, and the circle changes to a spiky golden circle - 24 rows of needles(?) attached to a small dusty coin. - Said footage then changes to footage of flying seagulls, and the circle to a bright silver circle - with a tall gold ring attached with 24 rows of tiny guitar-like shapes. - The footage then leads to footages of the ocean. While this happens, the logo fades in, along the stylized gold circle. Lastly, the footage fades back to the footage of nature.
Technique: Live-action and computer animation.
Audio: A traditional Dutch theme.
5th ID (Early 2000s-2008)

The words "omrop fryslân" are revealed by letter order which moves to the left, with the red bird shape fading next to it. A silver bar next to some RBGY color changing themed bars then fades in. The background and the words turn black.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: A news-themed synth theme with dings.
