Background

One Cool Animation is the animation division of One Cool Group Limited. So far, they have produced two films, those being the animated Netflix film Marmaduke (not to be confused with the 2010 movie of the same title) and The Garfield Movie.

1st Logo (May 6, 2022)

Visuals: On an animated white background, the One Cool Group logo is seen drawing in pink. While this is happening, an animated pair of eyes comes out. They blink, look back, slide to the left, move down to the symbol, and then jump out of it. As it lands, the background then turns into a colorful animated background, with the symbol colorful as well, as an orange colored splash comes out of the eye. The splash comes away, and then stretches. The text "ONE COOL" in bold appears, replacing the eye, as white droplets spread out of the text, and the symbol now black. The background then turns yellow. Under the said text, "animation" in an 8-bit font types in with a blinking period which stops at the end. The logo fades out after a few seconds.

Technique: 2D digital and traditional animation.

Audio: A traditional cartoony theme, followed a two note piano tune as the eye lands. Then, a piano note, with a synth note, which is then followed by several clicking sounds when "animation" types in.

Availability: Seen only on Marmaduke.

2nd Logo (May 24, 2024-)

Visuals: The screen flashes to reveal a spark on a bokeh background full of out-of-focus circles, which later dissolves into more circles. The circles then merge as the circles move to the center of the screen, and demerge while moving to the left and right corners of the screen, forming the stylized silver text "one cool", with the two "o"'s in "cool" connected. The finished background is set on a gray background with an orange gradient, with a reflective surface below. The text shines.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The opening theme of the movie.
