Background

This is the vanity card of Greg Yaitanes.

Logo (January 11, 2013-September 12, 2017)

Visuals: On the table is a receipt that reads on top "Beverages". On the bottom is a red rectangle, and inside it says, "Join Us Again Soon." There is the black, computerized and capitalized words "ONE OLIVE" as what was ordered. A hand puts a cup next to the receipt.

Variant: A still version exists.

Technique: Live-action.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on Banshee and Quarry. These can be seen on Cinemax. It was also seen on Manhunt: Unabomber on Discovery Channel.
