m Cattotld moved page OVC to Oslo Video Center: might be a norwegian company, but i'm not sure though. there was a hong kong company with the same initials (omni video cassette), but i found a totally different logo of it on yt. revert if needed

Logo (1980s)

Visuals: On a starfield, the silver & brown letters "OVC" appear one by one in the "VOC" order. A red steel rectangle appears above the letter "V", and a green word "PRESENTS" appears in the center.

Technique: Slideshow effects.
