Background: Out of the Blue Enterprises is the production company of Angela C. Santomero, the creator of Super Why! and Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, and the co-creator of Blue's Clues and its spin-off, Blue's Room. It has been renamed 9 Story USA.

Logo: On a blue background, we see a drawn white curve. In it are the words "out of the blue" in two rows stacked each other and under it is the word, "enterprises" in spaced out letters. The light travels through the curve line. Sometimes, the copyright information is shown below.
FX/SFX: Drawing curve shines.
Cheesy Factor: The logo resembles the 1985 Walt Disney Pictures logo a bit too much.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show.
Availability: Seen on Blue's Room, Super Why! and Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. Never appeared on Blue's Clues and Blue's Clues and You!, which the latter used the 9 Story Media Group logo.
