Background
This is the production company of motion picture executive and producer Sid Ganis, who was a former president of Paramount Pictures until 1990, when he joined Columbia Pictures to become the president of marketing and distribution for the studio, and was later made vice president. The company was launched in 1996.

Visuals: Over a white background, the logo starts with the texts "OUT" and "BLUE" with a bit of overlapping. In the middle are the stacked text "OF THE" in the same font. Below it, there is "ENTERTAINMENT" which is spaced out.
Variants:
- A alternate version exists, in which the logo has a CGI effect.
- Sometimes, it shares the screen with other logos.
- An in-credit version exists.
Technique: A still digital graphic.
Audio: None or the end theme of the film.
Availability: First seen on Pan Am on ABC and later appeared on the films Olympia and Isabelle.
