Background
This is Sid Ganis' vanity card.

Logo: On a white background, we see the blue words "OUT" and "BLUE", with the O overlapping the U. In the middle are the gray words "OF THE" stacked in the same font as the blue words. "ENTERTAINMENT" in red is seen below with spacing.
Variants:
- A alternate version exists, in which the logo has a CGI effect.
- On some episodes of Pan Am, the logo is either next to the Shoe Money Productions or Jack Orman Productions logo.
