Background

This is the production company of motion picture executive and producer Sid Ganis, who was a former president of Paramount Pictures until 1990, when he joined Columbia Pictures to become the president of marketing and distribution for the studio, and was later made vice president. The company was launched in 1996.

Logo: On a white background, we see the texts "OUT" and "BLUE" with a bit of overlapping. In the middle are the stacked text "OF THE}" in the same font. Below it is "ENTERTAINMENT" which is spaced out.
