Logo (June 24, 1988)
Visuals: On a dark brown background, there's a lion lying on top of a globe over Russia and China. The globe is over a white-yellow pedestal which contains the txt "OWNLAND ARTS". The pedestal is on a table covered by a blue blanket.

Audio: An overly dramatic fanfare.
