Visuals: On a black background, a group of shards are seen floating up, with more shards floating, which then forms a DVD disc with the Panasonic logo with the DVD Video logo underneath it. The disc flips around as it zooms out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A series of strange sound effects, which is followed by a loud clang when the disc is formed, followed by multiple whooshes.

Availability: Seen on select releases starting with The Twilight Zone.
