Logo: On a black background, we see the white script words "Papazian-Hirsch" with the text underneath "ENTERTAINMENT".
Variants:
- There is the in-text credit version.
- Sometimes, the company name reads as "A Papazian-Hirsch Production" or "A Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment Production".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme.

2nd Logo (November 5, 1993-May 20, 1997)
Logo: On a white background, we see the diamond with the rainbow on top of the half diamond. There's the company's name next to the diamond; this time between "A" and "PRODUCTION" ("ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTION" during 1993/94).
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme. On The Burning Zone, the 1991 Universal Television logo theme is heard, continuing to the Universal TV logo itself.
Availability: Seen on the Hart to Hart TV movie trilogy, Dead Man's Island and The Burning Zone.
