Background
Paramedia is a company founded in 2005 by Jim Paratore. The company is known for TMZ. Jim Paratore later passed away on May 28, 2012. The company didn't use a logo until 2007.

Logo: On a background composed of flaming orange embers, we see a black abstract comet with dots streaming from its left, giving the impression that it's moving. On the comet, we see the red text "paraMedia".
