Background

Paramount News is the name on the newsreels produced by Paramount Pictures from 1927 to 1957.

1st Logo (1944)

Visuals: Against a dimmed striped background, we see a snow-capped mountain with the set of stars surrounding it, obviously to represent the company. The white text "Paramount news" can be seen over the mountain & the small white text "The Eyes & Ears of the World" can be seen at the top.
