Background
Parkit Films is a Indonesian production company founded by Raam Punjabi in 1980 and it was dissolved in 1994. He also formed Multivision Plus in 1990.
1st Logo (1980-1986)
Logo: On a space background, three TV-tube shaped outlines, with each different colors, come out one by one, with the last one reveals PF in red on a full yellow-ish white (depending on the quality) shape. And then, the text "P.T. PARKIT FILMS" in red fades in beside the logo, and "Mempersembahkan" on white script font writes itself below the former text.
Technique: The forming of the logo.
Music/Sounds: A xylophone arpeggio as the logo forms, followed by timpani drums ending in a bombastic note. But in most cases, none or the opening theme of the movie.
Availability: Seen on early Warkop DKI films and other films released by the company from the era.
2nd Logo (1986-1994)
Logo: On a black background, the lined red-and-white "PF" (in a font similar to Bauhaus) wipes in, then a red-and-white tube wipes in around the logotype. When the tube finishes wiping in, it flashes. "Parkit Films" in a blue script font writes itself onscreen below, then "mempersembahkan" appears next to it.
Technique: The logo wiping in, the text appearing.
