1st Logo (1994-1999)

Nicknames: "Snoopy and Woodstock on Video", "Snoopy and Woodstock"

Logo: We see a blue circle superimposed over a painted background with trees, and inside it are Snoopy and Woodstock. Snoopy is holding a yellow flag reading "PEANUTS" in dark fuchsia, and Woodstock holds up a dark fuchsia sign reading "HOME VIDEO" in yellow.

Variant: On most Peanuts videos, the logo is on a white background with the circle in red and the sign reading "HOME VIDEO" in blue.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The promo's music ("Linus and Lucy") with an announcer saying "Introducing Peanuts Home Video!" None for the variant.

Availability: Rare. The only releases that used this as an actual home video logo were the "Snoopy Double Feature" VHS tapes, where it is seen between the two programs, but it can be found at the start of promos for Peanuts videos and other Paramount family-oriented tapes.

Editor's Note: This is a favorite logo amongst Peanuts fans.

2nd Logo (1999-2003)

Nicknames: "Snoopy and Woodstock II", "Snoopy and Woodstock on Video II"

Logo: On a sandy yellow/whitish gradient background, we see the Peanuts Home Video logo from before zooming in from the top-center of the screen. The logo bounces and flies off the screen.

FX/SFX: The logo flying in and bouncing away.

Music/Sounds: The start of the promo's music ("Linus and Lucy") with Hanna-Barbera boing and slide whistle sounds. A Series 4000 siren whistle was added on 2000-2003 tapes.

Availability: Uncommon. It debuted on The Rugrats Movie VHS tape (released in early 1999), and can be found on Peanuts and Nickelodeon tapes from the era.

Editor's Note: Same as the previous logo.
