Logo: On an antique paper texture background with film scratches, the government's seal fades in, consisting of the text "KOTA BOGOR" on top of four symbols representing an eagle, a capitol, a blue mountain, and a yellow blade. The top left and bottom right sections are on a red color, the bottom left is white, and the top right has a blue sky and a green surface. Underneath, the following text types in:

Then, the logo and text fades out. "Presents" in Indonesian then fades in and compresses.
FX/SFX: The logo and text fading; the latter typing in.
