Background
This is the vanity plate of Marco Pennette (who would go on to form Pennette Productions and Marco Pennette Productions) and Chris Henchy.

Logo: On a white background, we see two drawn boys out of breath, running up a hill and holding a large pencil, which has the stacked text "a PENNETTE & HENCHY production" on it. The pencil slightly moves.
FX/SFX: The pencil moving.
