Background
This is Rick Kellard's vanity card.
Logo (March 24, 1992-July 9, 1993)
Visuals: There is a first person's view of a hand pushing down some window blinds, as if someone is looking outside the window. The name "phantom productions" in Palatino is seen outside the window with the dark blue text "in association with" at the bottom of the screen. The room slightly dims.
