Logo: We see a first person's view of the hand holding the window blinds, as if someone is looking outside the window. The words are outside the window "phantom productions" in Palatino with the dark blue words on the bottom of the screen "in association with". The room grows darker a bit with the words still showing.
FX/SFX: The darkening.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme.
Availability: Seen on Room for Two.
