Background: Plastic Wax is an animation and visual effects studio specializing in content for video games, film and television.

1st Logo

(1998-2002)

Logo: On a dimly lit surface, several letters fly down with blue streaks into the place, creating ripples while they do so. Sparkles can also be seen everywhere. Once they all land in the surface, they rotate towards the screen and a blue light shines on the new word "PLASTIC WAX". The ripples continue until the logo zooms out.

FX/SFX: The letters flying, the rotating.

Music/Sounds: The same theme from Rhino Home Video and Eureka Multimedia, which is probably a stock piece.

Availability: Uncommon. Can be seen on Hi-5 Activity Center, The Wiggles: Wiggly Party, The Wiggles: Wiggle Bay and The Wiggles: A Day With The Wiggles. It may or may not have appeared on The Hooley-Dooleys Oopsadazee! CD-ROM.

2nd Logo

(2003)

Logo: A shot of a yellow surface with various clay figures strewn about fades in. A red figure, which has 2 "ears" and no facial features, come stumbling around the surface like it's tired. It then falls flat onto the table before the main outline glows and shines. The surface then morphs into a tilted dark red rectangle, before various lines stretch and spin into place. Everything then moves into position, before going to the final result which has the rectangle tilted and the figure off center. To the right is the outlined text "Plastic Wax Animation", stacked and glowing pink except for the part that is in the rectangle. Below it is a line connected to a glowing star.

FX/SFX: The figure stumbling, the transformation.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the movie.

Availability: Very rare. Can be seen at the end of The Wiggles: Space Dancing.
