Pokémon USA, Inc. was a production company of the Pokémon media franchise that was established in 2002. It specializes in the acquisition, production, and licensing of the Pokémon franchise . In 2009, Pokémon USA, Inc. and Pokémon UK merged to form The Pokémon Company International.
