(May 18, 1994)

Visuals: In a black background, we see a cartoonish-styled square, with two music notes inside it, one of them being red. Under the former is the text "POLYGRAM DIVERSIFIED ENTERTAINMENT". Said text disappears, and the box and the notes start choppily shaking. The logo fades out, revealing the text "Presents".

Technique: The text fading out and the choppy shaking.

Audio: None.

Availability: Can be seen on Carnegie Hall Salutes The Jazz Masters: Verve 50th Anniversary.
