Logo: In a black background, we can see the text "WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTION BY PolyGram TELEVISION INTERNATIONAL" stacked on top of each other, with "PolyGram" and "TELEVISION INTERNATIONAL" being separated with a red line.

Availability: Only seen so far on an NRK airing to Elvis: The Tribute.
