This is Robert Smigel's vanity card.

Logo: We see a faded closeup photograph of a hairy brown dog's head laying down in what appears to be white wool. Superimposed over the picture are the stacked words "POOCHIE DOOCHIE PRODUCTIONS" in a serif typeface.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: Just a child's voice saying "Puppy dog!".

Availability: Seen on the ultra short-lived shows TV Funhouse on Comedy Central and on The Jack and Triumph Show on Adult Swim. Currently seen on the sketch comedy series Let’s Be Real on Fox.
