Logo: The company name is seen in black against a rusty metal background. Suddenly, a gun bursts through the wall, as smoke comes out afterwards.

FX/SFX: CGI effects.

Music/Sounds: Two gunshot sounds. Otherwise, none or the closing theme.

Availability: Seen on the final season of Numb3rs, NYC 22, and Ironside.
