Logo: "POST 109" is seen in black against a rusty metal background. Suddenly, a gun bursts through the wall. Smoke comes out from the wall afterwards.
FX/SFX: The logo forming, the gun bursting through the wall, and the smoke coming from the explosion.
Music/Sounds: 2 gunshot sounds. On NYC 22 and Ironside, none.
Availability: Seen on the final season of Numb3rs, NYC 22, and Ironside.
