Background: Prathima Films was a film company formed in India in 1981 by Pranlal V. Mehta.

1st Logo (1981-1988)

Logo: A statue of Ganesh appears with sparkles animating in the background. Afterwards, a P symbol slowly forms line by line, and the company's name "Prathima Films" appear letter by letter.

Variant: On Woh Phir Aayegi, only the statue of Ganesh is shown, which is now shown close-Up to its face. It is also deteriorated, showing a pinkish color to it.

FX/SFX: The statue appearing, the sparkles, and the words forming.

Music/Sounds: An Indian male singing, followed by a synth theme.

Availability: Seen on Hum Se Badkar Kaun, Bezuban, Dharm Aur Qanoon,Love 86, and Woh Phir Aayegi.

2nd Logo (1990)

Logo: We see footage of a different statue of Ganesh, as it zooms in to its face for a few seconds. It then zooms out, as "Prathima Films" fades in below it.

FX/SFX: Live-Action

Music/Sounds: Same as the 1st logo.

Availability: Only seen on Jawani Zindabad.
