Background

Premo Animation System is the animation software that DreamWorks Animation uses. The software was first used in How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World. It was first introduced in 2019.

1st Logo (February 22, 2019-November 17, 2023)


Visuals: The words "premo" is seen in a light font, with the "mo" being bolder, aligned to a bent, upwards line.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: The closing theme of the movie.

Availability: First seen on the aforementioned film and was last seen on Trolls: Band Together. With the introduction of the next logo, it's days were numbered.

2nd Logo (March 8, 2024-)

Visuals: The words "Premo" is shown in a cartoony font, with an open, smiling mouth with two teeth for the O's hole.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: The closing theme of the movie.

Availability: Debuted on Kung Fu Panda 4.
