Background

Qihang Video was a home video company from Taiwan.

Logo (1990s)

Visuals: Over a starfield, there is a 2-layered blue wavy horizontal line with white outline wiping in from the left. A boat, being made out of "CHV" in orange starts drawing. After that, a vertical line appears at the top of the "H" and a sail flag moves up at the right of the vertical line. The logo zooms out, and settled. A white outline with a filmstrip pattern below appears surrounding the logo and a white "啓航影視" zooms in via trail from the logo to the top of it. The screen spazzes out, zooming out.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: An eerie moog music, followed by the HK-TVB International logo music, which consists of laser futuristic-like sounds and a full synthesized Funk-like fanfare.

Availability: Seen on music video releases like Chen Xiaoyun Concert Album.
