Logo: On a blue background, a white symbol consisting of stylized letters "Q" and "V", with the lines "QUADRANT VIDEO" and "distributing through" underneath it. Below, the logo of "VIDEOSPACE" with a white shadow, with the letter "S" stylised to form a ring around it.

Availability: Extremely rare. Was seen on a 1982 VHS of The Mouse and His Child.
