Background
Quanmei Dianying (全美电影) was a bootleg video disc distributor from China.

Visuals: We see a filmstrip moving up, showing several clips of stunts in action movies while a blue light is reflected behind it. The filmstrip then zooms out and turns white, and the lights dim out. Then the green/white Chinese text "全美电影" fades in below the filmstrip.
Technique: 2D CGI.
Audio: A sped-up version of the 1999 Warner Bros. Pictures fanfare.
