Background

RKO-Pathé Pictures was founded in 1931 after RKO acquired Pathé Exchange, until it was completely shuttered in 1932 and was folded into RKO Radio Pictures.

Logo: On a cloudy tower, we see a rotating globe with a rooster on top, similar to the RKO logo; the words "AN RKO-Pathé PICTURE" are in the middle. While the earth is rotating, the rooster spreads his wings, and crows.
