Logo: Against a beige background, the name "RPTA" with "VIDEO" underneath is seen in a blue font. The "PTA" is connected by a line on top of the text. Behind the logo is a blue TV tube shape made up of multiple lines. After a few seconds, the logo cuts to a blue background with copyright information in white.
Closing Variant: Same as the opening variant, except "VIDEO" is omitted, with "RPTA" being in the center, and the text and TV tube are green.
Technique: Apart from the logo fading in, it's a still logo.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extremely rare. Seen on UK pre-cert releases of mainly children's titles like the Video Play-Box series. This remains intact on Family Home Entertainment's US release of Play-Box 1 from 1987.
