Background

The Dirección General de Radio, Televisión y Cinematografía, also simply known as RTC, is Mexico's video and film rating agency.

Visuals: There are multiple small green squares zoom out to form "RADIO" on a VCR. The camera zooms into one of these squares to reveal a motherboard. The camera flies past some of the parts and zooms into a red sphere where a small red rectangle is shown against a black background. The camera pans upward to see a rotating T made up of gray metallic cubes and continues zooming to reveal a TV with the T inside of the screen. The TV fades out and the screen zooms out of the lens of a video camera, which later turns before the screen transitions into multiple cubes zooming out.
