Three dots then appear at the right side of the letters, RTI Television (1979)while a rounded/outlined rectangle zooms out, followed by "Colombia" in a script font, forming the logo. The logo shines.
Technique: The logo forming and shining.
Music/Sounds: An ascending orchestra tune, followed by a ascending bell, then a bombastic fanfare with the announcer.
