Music/Sounds: Unknown.

Availability: Completely extinct. Only rediscovered as a TV-DX capture.

2nd Logo (198?-1992)

Logo: The ident starts with a grey background where a black 5-pointed star with a white border zooms in. The same statue before but at a different angle and lighting fades in after the star stops zooming, Where a bunch of emitting concentric circles fades in front of the star and against the statue. Lastly, the television name "RADIO TELEVIZIONI SHQIPTAR" in white and a stacked format wipes in from top to bottom and one by one on the bottom-right portion of the screen.

Music/Sounds: A triumphant, orchestral theme.

The footage then dims down, where we can see an orange print of a radio transmitter transmitting signal fading in and zooming out. As it is zooming out, "RTSH" slides in from the top and sits on the middle, along with "RADIO TELEVIZIONI SHQIPTAR" in a stacked format to wipe in underneath "RTSH". After a while, the text disappears, and "Transmetim me satelit" in a stacked format wipes in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
