Visuals: What appears to be blood appears on a black background. It quickly forms into a puddle. In the puddle is the following:
NERVE
The puddle freezes after a few seconds.
Variants:
- On Hostel, the 3rd Next Entertainment zooms to the left and this logo plays next to it. The logo is also filmed and has a outline.
- On Hostel: Part II, the logo plays to the right of the Next Entertainment logo, which is shifted to the left.
- At the end of both movies, the print logo is shown. On the left is the closing variant of the Next Entertainment logo.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio:
- Hostel: The opening theme.
